    Delivery

    At TheDubaiBazaar.com we pride ourselves on our quick delivery and we make every effort to ensure you receive your product with 2-3 working days.  If we are unable to deliver the items within the prescribed timeframe, we will inform you about the delay in advance.  Our delivery times our Saturday to Thursday – 9am to 5pm.

    Cancelling an Order

    Please notify us either by phone+800 229 2227 or email (info@thedubaibazaar.com). Please do let us know the reason for cancellation so we can work to improve our service and product offering. No cancellation charges if the order is cancelled within 24 hours.

    After 24 hours or after confirming the order - we will process a refund after deducting 10% of the invoice value (this is to compensate certain administrative and other expenses involving booking and cancellation).

    Returns / Exchange Policy

    If you decide to return your purchase with-in 7 days of the receipt simply because you have Changed your Mind, we will process your request after deducting 10% of the invoice value or a 20AED – whichever is higher (this is to compensate for certain administrative and other expenses involving booking and cancellation).  Please note the products should be in the same original condition and TheDubaiBazaar has all rights to reject any returns or exchanges if the product is not in the same original condition.

    TheDubaiBazaar.com has a 7 day return policy for most items, however, return periods may vary. Certain items can’t be returned unless there is a problem with their quality such as being faulty or not being found as per provided description/specification (see below categories).

    Items in the below categories cannot be returned unless defective.

    1.     Cosmetics
    2.     Lingerie / Slimming products cannot be returned due to hygiene issues
    3.     Games & Software Products
    4.     Consumables
    5.     fragrances or skincare products

    How to Return or Exchange an Item

    • To return an item please call our Customer Care Centre at our toll free number (800)2292227 or whatsapp us at +971564724417
    • All returned items must be returned in similar condition to which it was received (i.e. AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, or accessories, manuals or bundled items may be missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
    • If defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product's factory packing (carton) or product itself.
    • Delivery charges for returned products (other than for defective products) will be the responsibility of the customer

    Do I have to pay when I return any defective product?

    No. TheDubaiBazaar offers free shipping of products with manufacturing, delivery defects or not as displayed that are returned by you. We will endeavour to have a new product delivered to you as soon as possible!

     

    Credit Card Refund policy for our Customers.

    We will process the refunds as soon as we receive the returned product/ Products. In case you have paid through electronic means (Credit or even Debit card) then your funds could be paid back to your card, but depending upon individual’s standard bank prerequisites, the refund may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement. Under credit card payment method, amount will be refunded to the charged card only.
